Profile
Hi, my name is Dan, and I’m a graphic designer based in London. I currently work for Syzygy as a senior designer and art director, specialising in digital and design for the screen.
I have over four years industry experience at world-renown agencies, working with large international brands such as the BBC, O2 and Samsung Mobile. Following placements at Lambie-Nairn and Fitch, I spent three years at Agency Republic, working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry.
I graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2007 with a First Class BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. I still hold strong links with the course and have been invited back as a guest lecturer on a couple of occasions.
My work has been featured in a number of international design publications. I was named Best New Blood by industry body D&AD in 2007 and have had projects shortlisted for a Cannes Lion in 2008 and an IAB Creative Showcase award in 2009. I am also a founder member of the Lincoln Societié de Design Typographique.
One of my projects, Typographic Links, was on display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 2011 as part of the Talk To Me exhibition.
Away from design, I’m a long-suffering season ticket holder at Luton Town Football Club and until 2007, I ran the popular HatterNet website for seven years.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and look through my work. If you’d like to know more or are interested in working with me, please get in touch.
